The short version

This page is about this website. It does two things: it takes an email address for the waitlist, and it asks the login service to email an existing customer a sign-in link. That is all this site does. We do not sell addresses, we do not share them, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers here.

Once you have an account it holds a great deal more — your clients, their addresses, whatever you record about their properties, your schedule and what you are owed. Two separate documents cover that, and both are public: the privacy policy for the data we hold about you, and the data processing agreement for your clients' data, which is yours rather than ours — you decide what is kept and why, and we act on your instructions. What we collect, and why

Your email address, if you join the waitlist — so we can tell you when your trade is ready and send a short build update about once a month. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.

What you do for a living, if you type it in the optional box — so we know which trade to build next. Legal basis: consent. That is the only thing it is used for.

We do not ask for a name, a phone number, an address or payment details on these pages, and we set no cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Where it goes

Today the waitlist has no mailing-list provider behind it. Your address is written to a file on the server that runs this site, and that is the only copy — it is not sent to a third party, and no automated email is sent to you. When a mail provider is added, this page will say so before the first message goes out. We keep an address for twelve months. If you have not heard from us by then it is removed, and you can ask us to remove it sooner at any time.

Fonts and third parties

The typefaces are served from this domain, not from a font CDN, so loading a page does not hand your IP address to anyone else before you have typed anything. There is no third-party script on this site.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is closed — whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe we delete the address rather than keeping it on a suppression list.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, a copy of what we hold, and withdrawing your consent — email contact@tendmatehq.com and we will do it. There is no form to fill in. We act within 30 days, and usually the same day.

If we get it wrong you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.

Changes

If this changes in a way that affects you, we will say so in the monthly email rather than quietly updating the page.
